At VisitEscape, we want you to enjoy your experience to the fullest. Before making your purchase, please keep the following conditions in mind:

If you have already started the experience:
Once at least one ticket has been used, we will not be able to issue refunds or offer a change of experience.

If you are unable to participate in the experience for reasons beyond VisitEscape's control:
No refunds will be issued. We can offer a change of city or area, subject to availability.

If you buy the experience in the wrong city:
We cannot exchange or refund the experience. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your selection before finalizing your purchase.

Validity and conditions of use of tickets – VisitEscape
Tickets do not expire, you can use them whenever you want.

If you have purchased more than one ticket in a single purchase, once you enter the first one in the app, the remaining tickets must be entered within the next 24 hours. After this period, the remaining tickets will become inactive.

Get your code

Get the code on our website by selecting the number of people who will make the Escape. You will receive it in your e-mail (check the spam folder).

Download the APP

Go to Google Play or Apple Store and search for VisitEscape.

Enter the code in the APP

Open the APP and select the chosen route, enter the code you received by mail.

See the information from "before you start"

In the initial screen of the route you will find important information (best time to do it, starting point, tips and others).
